1. “Bikanervala Club” Loyalty program is open to every individual and valid for UAE outlets.
2. Points earned will be redeemed in the form of purchase only.
3. Points earned can be redeemed directly in the form of points.
4. Members can earn or redeem their points at listed UAE Bikanervala outlets.
5. All Points are earning on Decimal value ( e.g., If any one shop Sweets of 109 UAE Dirham (Silver Tier- 1%),customer will get 1.09 Point.)
6. Each point has a value of 1 UAE Dirham on decimal value.
7. Points earned can be redeemed on whole number not on decimal value ( e.g., 4 UAE Dirham Point can redeem but 4.3 UAE Dirham Point cant redeemed)
8. Points will be issued on Non discounted items/ Non discounted bills: Net value
9. Loyalty points will be earned on the purchase value excluding taxes and as per statutory levies and delivery or packing charges.
10. Customers can redeem loyalty points on all Invoices with non-discounted or discounts and offers.
11. The loyalty points earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit of points. If not redeemed within 12 months from the date of credit of points, such loyalty points will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.
12. The mobile number of the members is the primary identification for earning loyalty points upon purchase.Members need to quote their registered mobile number at the participating stores during billing to earn loyalty points.
13. Customers will not earn any point on Discounted Item/Product/Invoice amount.
14. The Bikanervala Club membership is voluntary, valid for a lifetime, and non-transferable.
15. The number of loyalty points earned by a member is based on the tier category into which he/she falls. A customer will be classified as a Silver / Gold/ Platinum/ Dimond member based on the total spends
16. Member’s mobile phone number would be their unique identification number for the membership.
17. There is no membership fee for registration to the Program.
18. A complete mobile number is mandatory for registration in the Program.
19. Upon successful registration to the Program, members accept that the membership is governed by these terms & conditions and may be amended from time to time.
20. The points/ gifts cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of points / gifts.
21. Members, who have shared their date of birth and anniversary at the time of registration or on our website, will also be rewarded with some bonus Coupon on their birthday and anniversary.
22. Periodic updates on the number of ‘points accumulated’ and ‘points nearing expiry shall be sent to members on their mobile numbers through messages.
23. The membership points, benefits & privileges are non-transferable & may only be used by the member.
24. Customers cant redeem from point balance for advance order’s advance payment but can pay the remaining balance while paying the total amount.
25. The management reserves the right to terminate the membership with all points forfeited without prior notice.
26. All account details, service details, special offers, updates and any other information and promotional communications would be sent through various modes of communication, including SMS, email,tele-communication, and other modes of communication as applicable. By enrolling on the Bikanervala Club.Loyalty program, a member consents to receive the information and promotional communication from the Bikanervala UAE
27. The members are requested to update any change in their registered mobile number, address, and other profile information to us at Loyalty.Care@Bikanervala.com. Customers have to share their valid Govt—ID proof to update their mobile number in the Bikanervala Club membership account.
28. All the terms and conditions are subject to Indian law, and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE.
29. By enrolling on the Bikanervala Club program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by the group companies of the Bikanervala UAE Group.
